Neils Poole
Co-Founder
Neils Poole is a skilled plant medicine ceremony facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding others through safe and transformative healing journeys.
His spiritual practice has been profoundly shaped by the 12 years he spent living in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon Jungle, immersing himself in the indigenous shamanic traditions of the Shipibo, Mestizo, and Quechua cultures.
During this time, Neils worked extensively with indigenous elders and maestros, deepening his understanding of ancestral healing practices and their sacred connection to Ayahuasca. He has directed and facilitated numerous Ayahuasca retreats across Latin America, supporting thousands of participants in navigating the deeply personal and spiritual processes that plant medicine awakens.
Known for his sensitivity and grounded presence, Neils brings a deep connection to earth, energy, and spirit to every retreat. Those who work with him often speak of his innate gentleness, compassionate guidance, and unwavering trust in each person’s unique healing journey. His ability to create a safe and sacred space empowers participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom and uncover their own heart’s medicine.
Neils’ approach seamlessly integrates traditional plant medicine ceremonies with elements of modern therapeutic practices. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, and heart-based psychospiritual therapy, he supports participants in harmonizing the insights gained during ceremonies with their personal lives.
At his core, Neils is a traveler, seeker, and bridge between worlds. He is passionate about honoring the wisdom of indigenous traditions while helping participants rediscover ancient truths and cultivate presence, acceptance, and trust in their lives. His devotion lies in facilitating the remembrance of what it means to be whole and connected—to oneself, to others, and to the natural world.
